THE SHOW
Zach & Maggie love to perform 90 minutes of original songs and instrumental tunes filled with moments of witty humor, touching thoughts, and engaging performances. The show is welcome to people of all ages and is truly enjoyed by kids, parents, and grandparents alike. Most of the songs you will hear are found on their albums under the artist name “Zach & Maggie”. They have purposefully designed a modular show that fits many venues and show styles.

The options below tend to be the most common shows they’re asked to do, but however you imagine your event, send an email to start the conversation.

VENUE:
Zach & Maggie’s show works best in places that encourage a
listening audience as opposed to background music. The key elements needed are stage-facing seats in a quiet space, quality sound, and stage-focused lighting. They have a small sound system suitable for an audience of up to 150 that can be brought when driving (not available for fly dates). This allows unique spaces or the outdoors (weather permitting). Currently, their crowds average 40-150 attendees based on the area, but they have been steadily growing, with some events by good promoters reaching 250+ for tickets sold.

SHOW FINANCES
To book an acoustic duo show or house concert (<150 attendees) requires a minimum guarantee of $1000. In addition, any unique travel costs (e.g. lodging, flights, rentals…), and an opportunity and space for them to sell merchandise post-show.

For a larger band show (+Drums, Bass, and optional Keys), the required minimum is $2000 plus travel (typically ~3k for shows within 250 miles of Nashville).

HOUSE CONCERTS:
House concerts are an intimate, beautiful way to bring Zach & Maggie’s music to your community. If you’re curious about hosting, it’s not required to have a large space. Just enough for the two of them, a small sound system, and the community you want to invite into your home. The average House Concert attendance is 25-50 people, but the actual number doesn’t matter (they’ve done house concerts in many barns and backyards to crowds over 150 people)

Some hosts want a private concert for friends, and some prefer to open it to the "public" so our fans in the area can attend as well.

We request house concert hosts guarantee our minimum rate and can either provide a free-to-attend show or request donations or "tickets" from attendees to recoup up to their hosting costs.

House concert hosts do provide lodging with either a spare room + bathroom in their own home or a local hotel, depending on costs and available space.

CHURCHES
Churches love our decades-long connection with Getty Music. Though we don’t play an evangelistic-style show under the band title of Zach & Maggie, the churches that have hosted us have said our show is a "wonderful choice for a church to host a community or congregational family night where laughs, stories, and music allow them to share some relaxing fun as one body."

SCHOOLS
Zach & Maggie are regularly asked to talk and play music for colleges and high schools. The talks have ranged from an overview of the Nashville session musician life to technical music talks in folk-style blending and instrument-specific workshops.

Christian schools enjoy drawing from our experience in worship-leading and hymn-arranging concepts as well. For schools that have a chapel service, they are happy to assist in leading music for that event. But whatever capacity a school would like them to come and speak, there is the hope to perform an evening concert for students and/or the public community as well as part of the visit.
